We help people who need temporary internet access for essential activities, including communicating with others, managing finances, building connections, finding information, and researching services that can help them move forward.
We work with internet providers including Verizon, Xfinity, AT&T, EarthLink, and local providers nationwide—to arrange temporary access for essential needs. Reliable internet service can be vital for staying connected, locating assistance, completing everyday tasks, and participating fully in modern life.
What Temporary Support Provides
Participating internet providers and retailers may offer service for up to 30 days. This short-term support is intended to help people communicate, reach essential resources, respond to urgent needs, and begin restoring stability in their daily lives.
24 HelpLine Give Back Program
The 24 HelpLine Give Back Program supports people who need internet access for essential communication and online services. Through the program, temporary access may be extended into permanent internet service, with costs covered for up to one year and no repayment required.
Internet service may be funded in one of three ways:
• A local business owner covers the cost.
• 24 HelpLine uses contributed funds to cover the cost.
• A community leader covers the cost.
