HELP WITH A RIDE

Transportation Help - We work with transportation providers such as local Taxis, Uber, Lyft, Z-Trip, and UZURV to offer one free rides to people referred to by 24 Helpline. Also, we work with gas stations nationwide to provide a few gallons of fuel to stranded drivers so they can reach their destination.

Roadside Help - If you do not have a vehicle, we can arrange a ride to your destination. We can also assist if you are stranded because of:

• No fuel

• A dead battery

• Vehicle repairs

We can arrange or provide help within 1 to 24 hours.

Limited Mobility. We work with paratransit network to providing door-to-door and wheelchair-accessible service in every major city.

Local Taxis, Uber, Lyft and Z-Trip are our primary sources to give essential help to people that need an essential ride to a location. 

Accommodation is provided in one of three ways:

• Transportation providers at no cost

• Paid for by 24 Helpline

• Paid for by the recipient
